This job is full on; living and breathing a busy used car sales department for a prestige brand, representing an outstanding employer. 

You will be overseeing a large sales team that includes executives, administrators, sales controllers and business managers. You will be supported by Senior Management on site from an operational point of view. Your main focus is to retail high volumes of prestige used cars, with excellent customer satisfaction in a highly organised and efficient manner.
