They are seeking an organised and dynamic sales manager to come in and lead a busy new car sales department.
You will be responsible for a team of 9 dedicated sales staff on a day to day basis and a Business Manager. Your focus is on management of the department form an operational point of view - with a direct report into the Head of Business.
You will set the tone, lead the department, concentrate on P&L, ordering the correct stock and planning marketing for seasonal opportunities. We need someone with more ambition, someone who is proactive, who will add speed and discipline to this department. Additionally you will look after recruitment, retention and development of your staff.
