Sales Support Administrator

Due to continued growth of the business our client, the well regarded finance company is now looking to recruit a Sales Support Executive - Administrator for their busy office in Wirral.

Successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing all queries and resolving in a timely manner,
  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of new finance application requests,
  • Tracking and chasing queries with internal departments and suppliers to ensure all relevant documents are completed,
  • Building and developing relationships with the stakeholders and internal colleagues, opening and amending, stakeholders accounts,
  • Filing of all documentation accurately.

Our client is looking to offer £18000 - £22000 basic salary, based on experience plus bonus based on team performance. 
Working hours are Monday - Thursday 10am - 7pm, Friday - 9am - 6pm and Saturday 9am - 5.30pm, with 2 days off in a week.

Full training on computer system will be provided. 

To be considered for this role candidates must have:

  • Experience in finance department preferable but not essential
  • Logical approach to problem solving through a methodical and organised manner
  • Numeric abilities, including accuracy of data input and reconciliation
  • Tech savvy 
  • Ability to work as part of a team on own initiative 
  • Good communication skills 
  • "Can do/Flexible attitude to work & colleagues
